Jordan serves as the Director of Client Relations and Tax Advisor for the Shimkus Team.
Working alongside Frank Shimkus, Jordan helps prepare for and participate in financial planning meetings. They strive to ensure each client’s goals and priorities remain central to the planning process. Along with the Shimkus Team, she aims to deliver a seamless client experience supporting the individual and unique strategies with their long-term objectives.
In addition, she provides value for clients by helping navigate the complex landscape of taxes with tax planning and preparation. Her goal is to help clients better understand their tax situation and have confidence when preparing and filing returns.
Jordan’s practice also includes providing clients with guidance on Individual and Family health plans, Medicare Advantage plans (Part C), Medicare Supplement (Medigap plans), and Part D Prescription Drug Plans.
In all areas of her work, Jordan strives to provide a quality client experience.
Prior to entering the financial industry, Jordan spent a number of years at the Minnesota State Capitol. She has extensive experience with financial operations, insurance, and tax. She brings a keen understanding of how to address complex issues and create strategies to better position outcomes.
Jordan holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of St. Thomas, and lives in Hastings with her family. Outside of work, you can find Jordan golfing, spending time at the family pool, and traveling.
